All sales are final. 

We will replace items damaged in transit. 

Damage in transit does not include product losing shape due to shipping during summer months.

Reach out to us at buttersilkbody@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your items to let us know of any damage and to receive instructions on how to return the item to us. Once the damage is verified, we will ship out a replacement, if available.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once we have received all necessary information about the damage to your product, we will reach out to you via phone or email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, a replacement product will be sent to the original address. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the full purchase price.
